| EXMARaLDA | EXMARaLDA is a system of concepts, data formats and tools for the computer assisted transcription and annotation of spoken language. EXMARaLDA is being developed in a project at the Collaborative Research Center "Multilingualism" (Sonderforschungsbereich "Mehrsprachigkeit" - SFB 538) at the University of Hamburg as the core architectural component of a database "Multilingualism" (Dr. Thomas Schmidt, University of Hamburg). Alignment is not implemented yet. Data can be imported and exported to Praat. Therefore EXMARaLDA is compatible with the Transformer |

The intuitive annotation board shows color-coded elements on multiple tracks in time-alignment. Special features are cross-level links, non-temporal objects and a project tool for managing multiple annotations. Anvil has originally been developed for Gesture Research. |
